He will show how to improve your performance, and your chances of winning, as to every aspect of the trial, by motions in limine, opening and closing statements, direct and cross-examination, and everything else that comes up from before the trial sta11s, to post-trial motions, even after the jmy has rendered its verdict.
As important as it is to win a trial, Mr. Greenberg will also show how to protect the record, so that if you win at trial, the trial victory will be affirmed on appeal. If you lose a trial, your success in winning the appeal will often depend upon whether you preserved your right to appeal the trial court's errors.
