Disasters, whether natural or manmade, happen. Disasters can impact the practice of law and, among other things, threaten the confidentiality of information held by firms and their personnel.

This webinar will explore the ethical obligations of lawyers imposed by MRPC 1.1, 1.6, and 5.1-5.3  as they prepare for and recover from disasters, restore and rebuild their workplaces, physical and virtual, and deal with deadlines. It will also suggest steps that could be taken to plan for unexpected events.
