Professionalism is key in the legal profession, and it is imperative to understand the value of always maintaining professional with clients, opposing counsel, judges, and all judicial staff from the bailiff to the clerks and the courtroom administration.
This program, presented by Chazle’ Woodley, will discuss the importance of professionalism as a new attorney and provide real-life examples of what can happen when professionalism is not closely upheld. The program will cover grievances, disbarments, suspensions, reprimands, and letter of warning and caution to help you navigate the process when a client or opposing counsel files a complaint against you.
