This one-hour intermediate course will catch patent practitioners up on pivotal decisions and key developments from 2025 that affect their work. These include the potential effects of recent Supreme Court shadow docket orders on the USPTO and other federal agencies and key 2025 Federal Circuit decisions on issues ranging from ITC Section 337 investigations to patent damages and prosecution history estoppel.
