MODERATED-Session 8 of 10 -Mr. Kornblum, a highly experienced trial and litigation lawyer for over 50 years, will conduct ten 75-minute Webinars sessions on the Essentials of Civil Litigation with the objective of helping lawyers at all levels to evaluate their approach to handling civil cases. The course will explore what you need to consider and how to focus on refining your skills so you can better serve your client in litigated matters. The course will cover topics from when you first agree to represent your client through trial.**During this session the emphasis will be on the use and selection (where you have a choice) of experts for your case, as well as your approach in facing experts for your adversary. What are the best sources for finding experts when you need one and how do you work best with that expert through the litigation process. Also this session will cover some recommendations for dealing with your opposition’s experts with an goal of minimizing their effecrtiveness.
