The course will cover topics from when you first agree to represent your client through trial.**In Session Ten, Mr. Kornblum will review several topics you must address in trying your case. These will include how to address the jury in opening and closing, what to consider in decisions regarding the order of witnesses, suggestions for presenting your evidence, and other topics relating to developing your presentation at trial, whether court or jury trial, or arbitration.
